RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Moose and Quill (a brand by Echoing Hues Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to deliver the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You must initiate a return request within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email: [Insert Email] — include your Order ID and an unboxing video/photos of the damaged product.

We will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship it back (shipping charges will be reimbursed).
A replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at Info@echoinghues.com with the subject line: "Return Request - [Order ID]".
  • After approval, ship the item to the warehouse address shared in our reply email.
  • Note: Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer).
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the Return Policy will apply.
